WAVEGUIDE AND CABLE PRESSURISATION DRYERS

The use of very dry low pressure air is essential within the telecommunications industry for pressurisation applications. These Dryvent units have been available in various forms for nearly 40 years and generally contain a compressor, dryer and regulation equipment for providing the air at the specified pressure and dewpoint which is then used to either pressurise feeder or underground cables or waveguide section to ensure signal stability. Standard units are available as are specially designed and manufactured units to meet particular project specifications.

Also, pressure reducing stations, with or without dryers can be supplied for providing low pressure air supplies for applications such as busbar pressurisation etc.
